Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Aspergo.co.za, operated by Aspergo Energy. We are committed to providing high-quality solar products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the conditions, process, and timeframes for returning products and obtaining refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if:

  • It is returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.
  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation).

3. Conditions for Full Refunds

  • Unopened Products: If the product is unopened and returned in its original packaging, you will receive a full refund.
  • Product Failure Within 7 Days: If you provide proof of product failure within the first 7 days of receipt, we will provide a full replacement at no additional cost.

4. Warranty and Product Failures

  • After 7 Days: If there is a product failure after the first 7 days, we will uphold the product’s warranty for the full term of the warranty, according to the supplier’s warranty policies.

5. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at office@aspergo.co.za with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Return the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documents. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Product: Send the product to the following address:

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Inspection and Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  • Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund. If the return is not approved, we will notify you with the reasons for the rejection.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at andy@aspergo.co.za.
