Payment: Payment for products must be made at the time of receiving an official invoice. We accept bank transfers as a form of payment.
Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. The total price displayed after checkout will change depending on different shipping costs. Aspergo will send an official invoice to the customers provided email address which will contain the total cost of the order, including shipping, as well as business banking details and payment instructions.
- Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We ship products within South Africa. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen.
Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.
- Returns and Refunds
Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your product, provided the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
